The three-tiered membership model will seek to invigorate community interest, improve financial viability and instil confidence in its playing future under new coach Peter Walsh.
The Sharks are campaigning on the belief that more supporters will inevitably mean better on-field results.
"We need to get the community's support," vice-president Mark Andrews said.
"If anyone knows anything about football, they know that the more people who support the club the better they do.
"It's that support that gets you home in tight games."
Under the model, members choose a level of membership from $5 for silver membership, $10 for gold or $20 for platinum.
Every member receives free entry into home games, a club polo shirt, an invitation to two membership days throughout the year, listing on Port Stephens Sharks members' internet page and bus travel to and from home games.
Prices vary depending on the level of membership.
For platinum members there is no charge, plus members also receive free training gear.
The high-paying privileged also benefit by going into the draw for a chance to win $200 at every home game.
"If everyone gets on board there will be much greater feel around the club," Andrews said.
The club is also set to announce new sponsors for the upcoming season.
